Benin/1st Edition of "It's Time To BE THE BEST": Participants leave seasoned and well-equipped

This Saturday, April 27, 2024, Cotonou town hall hosted the first edition of "It's Time To BE The Best". This first edition was attended by punctuality enthusiasts from all 13 districts of Cotonou, as well as public and private structures. Ninon Ahoudjinou, a punctuality consultant, was in charge of the training, which was also attended by government spokesman Wilfried Léandre Houngbédji.

The aim of this training activity is to equip citizens from the 13 districts of Cotonou and surrounding areas to define their objectives and work towards achieving them through better time management, in order to be role models in their environment. According to Ninon Ahoudjinou, consultant and trainer of this first edition, this training enabled participants to better appropriate the various techniques and approaches for rational and beneficial time management. Not only did participants benefit from theory, but also from practical case studies.

As Ninon Ahoudjinou explains, the training was more practical than theoretical, as its aim was to enable participants to better apply the various notions they had learned in their day-to-day time management. The icing on the cake of this training course was the sharing of experiences by the government spokesman, Wilfried Léandre Houngbédji, with the participants of this first edition. At the end of this first edition, the participants expressed their satisfaction and invited the managers of the NGO Be the Best to multiply these types of training in all the localities of the country.
